Overview

The Firm Statistics Dashboard is the first screen you see after logging into your admin portal. It provides a snapshot of how your firm is performing across key areas including revenue, payouts, challenge sales, user conversions, risk events, and overall profitability.

Data refresh rate: All data on this page is updated automatically every 10 minutes.

How to Access the Firm Statistics Dashboard

Log into your admin portal.

Step 2

The home page you land on is the Firm Statistics Dashboard.

Step 3

If you navigate away, click Firm Statistics at the top of the left-hand menu to return.

Choosing a Date Range

Use the date range selector in the top-right of the dashboard to choose the period you want to analyse. Once you apply a range, all cards, charts, and tables on the page update to reflect only that period.

Available preset ranges:

  • Last 7 days

  • Last 30 days

  • This month

  • Last month

  • Last 12 months

  • Custom range

Top Cards – Key Firm Metrics

The top section of the dashboard displays three summary cards that give you an at-a-glance view of core performance figures.

Description

Total Revenue

Total amount your firm has earned from completed challenge purchases and other paid products. The percentage below shows the month-over-month change compared to the previous equivalent period.

Total Payouts

Total amount paid out to traders through approved withdrawals in the selected period.

Challenges Sold

Number of challenge accounts purchased in the selected period.

Conversion and Engagement Metrics

These metrics help you understand how well the competition/reward based acquisition is converting into revenue-generating customers.

Competition Users Converted

Number of competition participants who became paying customers for the first time in the selected period.

Revenue from Converted Users

Total revenue generated from users who first joined via a competition and later purchased a challenge or product.

Tasks Completed

Number of rewards tasks completed and approved during the selected period.

Risk and Rule-Violation Metrics

These counters flag potentially problematic trading behaviour detected in the selected period. Monitor these closely to protect your firm from rule exploitation.

Copy Trading Events

Number of events flagged for suspicious copy-trading behaviour during the chosen period.

Inverse Trading Events

Number of events where traders appeared to systematically take the opposite side of other trades.

News Trading Events

Number of trades that triggered your news-trading rules in the selected period.

Unprofitable Countries

Count of countries where, in the selected period, payouts to traders from that country exceed the revenue those traders generated.

Trend Charts – Performance Over the Last 12 Months

The dashboard includes four trend charts that visualise monthly performance over approximately the last year. These charts update based on the selected date range.

  • Revenue Trend – Last 12 Months

  • Monthly revenue over roughly the last year.

  • Payouts Trend – Last 12 Months

  • Monthly total payouts to traders.

  • Net Revenue (Profit) – Last 12 Months

  • Monthly profit from operations, calculated as revenue minus payouts.

  • Challenges Sold – Last 12 Months

  • Number of challenges sold per month.

Summary Statistics – Profitability Snapshot

These four figures appear at the bottom of the dashboard and summarise financial health for the currently selected date range.

How to Interpret This Dashboard

Use the patterns below to quickly assess whether your firm is performing within healthy parameters or showing signs that warrant further investigation.

Healthy Patterns

  • Revenue and Net Profit trending upward month over month.

  • Profit Margin and Payout Ratio remaining within your target range.

  • Risk event counts (Copy Trading, Inverse Trading, and News Trading) stable and explainable.

Warning Signs

  • Payouts growing faster than revenue for several consecutive months.

  • A rising number of Unprofitable Countries.

  • Sudden spikes in Copy Trading, Inverse Trading, or News Trading events.
