The Payouts tab of the Overview dashboard shows how much your firm is paying out to traders, how often payouts occur, and how those payouts are distributed across cohorts, challenge types, traders, and countries. All time-based widgets use the date range selector in the top-right, unless explicitly labelled as "All Time" or "unaffected by date filters."
Summary Payout KPIs (Top Row)
The top row of cards answers: How much are we paying out, on what profit base, and on what effective split?
Total Approved Payouts — Total value of all approved / completed withdrawals in the selected date range.
Average Payout — The average size of a single payout, calculated from approved payouts in the period.
Number of Payouts — Count of individual approved payout transactions during the period.
Total Funded Account Profits — Sum of profits generated by funded (live) accounts over the date range, before applying profit split.
Average Profit Split — The average percentage of profit paid to traders across all payouts in the selected period.
Payout Reach & Repeat Rates
These metrics show how effectively funded accounts turn into ongoing, repeat-payout traders.
1st Payout Reach Rate — Percentage of eligible live accounts that ever reach a first payout.
2nd / 3rd / 4th Payout Reach Rate — For accounts that have already been funded, the percentage that goes on to achieve a second, third, or fourth payout respectively.
Repeat Withdrawal Rate — Percentage of traders who have taken more than one payout, showing how many become repeat withdrawers instead of one-off cash-outs.
Withdrawal Forecasts
Use this section for short-term cash-flow and operations planning.
Withdrawal Forecasts (before Profit Split) — A row of cards by weekday showing projected payout amounts for upcoming days. Values are pre-profit split estimates, based on current account performance and scheduled payout rules.
Daily Payout Movement
Compares this month's daily payouts against last month's on a single chart. Uses monthly comparison data — explicitly not affected by the date filters above. This reveals whether the current month's payouts are trending ahead of or behind the previous month, and where spikes occur within the month.
Payout Cohort Heatmap
This view answers: For each month we created funded accounts, how many of those accounts go on to receive 1, 2, 3, … payouts?
Rows represent monthly cohorts of live accounts (e.g. live accounts first funded in a given month).
Columns represent payout milestones: 1st through 6th payout, and 7+ payouts.
Each cell shows the percentage of that cohort that has reached that payout count.
Payouts by Challenge (All Time)
Together, these show which products generate the most payout volume and how payouts have evolved over time.
Total payout amount (all time) per challenge product.
Number of payouts for each product.
A bar showing each product's share of total payouts.
A time-series chart showing recent payout activity, with a headline total for the most recent month.
Firm-Level Withdrawal Stats
This strip gives a firm-wide snapshot of live capital and withdrawal pipeline.
Total Funded — Total capital currently allocated to funded accounts.
Approved Withdrawals — Total value of approved payouts.
Pending Withdrawals — Current value of withdrawal requests awaiting approval.
Declined Withdrawals — Total value of withdrawal requests that have been declined.
Top Repeat Withdrawers
Lists traders with the highest number of payouts. Use this to identify high-activity funded traders for VIP handling, monitoring, or case studies. Typical columns include:
Email / identifier of the trader.
Withdrawal count.
Firm's share associated with their payouts.
Withdrawable or withdrawn amount (depending on your setup).
Payouts by Country
Highlights where your successful traders are located and supports region-specific decisions. Shows:
Total payout amount per country.
Number of payouts per country.
A bar indicating each country's share of total payouts.
Summary: The Overview → Payouts tab summarizes total and average payouts, payout reach and repeat behavior, forecasts, cohort retention, product-level and country-level payout distribution, and firm-wide withdrawal stats for the period you select.
