Overview
The Marketing Dashboard gives you a weekly snapshot of trader performance and engagement that is useful for campaigns, social posts, and showcasing results:
Who your top traders are this week
Which symbols/pairs have the most activity and wins
How many users are logging in
How much you are paying out and what your headline payouts look like
Which countries are getting the most payouts and who the standout traders are there
All metrics are calculated over the last 7 days (from today back one week), using real trading (ClosedPosition), withdrawal (Withdrawal), and user (User) data.

These buttons let you adjust or search the data on the page (depending on your configuration). They do not change how the weekly metrics are calculated; they just help you navigate and filter what you see.

The top cards summarise the most “marketable” trading and payout highlights from the last week.

What it shows | The single most profitable closed trade in the last 7 days. |

Best Trader This Week
What it shows | The top performing trading account for the week by profit. |
Metric – Weekly PnL shown as:
Percentage return vs initial balance (PNL %)
Absolute profit (PNL $) over the week

Win rate (percentage of winning trades)
Total trades taken in the week
Use case | Showcases “trader of the week” for marketing, leaderboards, or internal highlights. |
Logged In Users This Week
What it shows | Number of unique users who logged in at least once in the last 7 days. |
Use case | Quick indicator of weekly active users (WAU) for engagement and campaign impact. |
Total Payouts This Week
What it shows | Total amount of approved withdrawals paid out in the last week. |
Footer | Number of withdrawal transactions included. |
Use case | Shows how much real money has been paid to traders, perfect for “we paid out X this week” messaging. |
Average Payout
What it shows | The average withdrawal amount per payout over the week. |
Use case | Describes the “typical” payout size when talking about trader earnings. |
Highest Payout
What it shows | The largest single payout approved in the last 7 days. |
Use case | Headline number for “biggest payout this week” announcements. |
All these cards are built from live data and automatically roll over each week.
Top Traders This Week
This table ranks the top trading accounts by weekly profit.
Columns

Rank | Position in the weekly ranking (#1, #2, etc.) |
Name | Trader's full name (when available) |
Account | Trading account login/ID |
PNL % | Weekly profit as a percentage of the account's initial balance |
PNL $ | Weekly profit in currency |
Win Rate | Percentage of trades that closed in profit |
Avg Hold Time | Average time positions were held, in hours |
Most Traded Symbol | Instrument the trader traded most often this week |
Total Trades | Number of closed trades this week |
How it’s Calculated
Uses closed positions for the last 7 days
Aggregates per account: total profit, trades, wins, losses, average hold time, and PnL% vs initial balance
Ranks accounts by weekly profit and shows the top few (typically top 5)
Use it for:
Social proof (top performers to feature)
Understanding which traders are both profitable and active
Finding candidates for testimonials or case studies
Top Pairs This Week
This table highlights the most active and important symbols over the last week.
Columns

Avg Hold Time | Average holding time for trades in that symbol, in hours |
How it’s Calculated
Groups all closed positions from the last 7 days by symbol
Counts total trades, wins, and losses per symbol
Computes average holding time per symbol
Shows the top symbols by trade count
Use it for:
Discovering which instruments your community is most interested in
Promoting content (e.g. “most traded pair this week”) and tailoring education to popular markets
Top 10 Countries by Payouts This Week
This section surfaces where payouts are going geographically, plus the standout traders in each country.
Country Cards (up to top 10)
For each country you see:
Country code (e.g. ISO country code)
Total payout amount in that country this week
Number of payouts for that country this week
Top Traders per Country
List of up to top 3 traders in that country ranked by payout amount this week. For each trader:
Rank (#1, #2, #3)
Name (or email if no name is set)
Total payout amount this week
How it’s Calculated
Filters approved withdrawals in the last 7 days
Groups by user.country_code to find the top 10 countries by total payout amount
For each of those countries, finds the top 3 users by payout amount in the same period
Use it for:
Geo-targeted marketing (“Top countries paid this week”)
Identifying where your most successful traders are located
Choosing which regions to highlight in campaigns or paid ads
